Meadow Partners modifies $26M from Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies for retail in Fort Greene

Meadow Partners through the entity One Flatbush Avenue Retail Owner LLC as borrower signed a loan modification agreement with lender Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies through the entity CMTG JP Finance LLC valued at $25.6 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 1 Flatbush Avenue in Fort Greene. The deal closed on June 10, 2020 and was recorded on June 22, 2020.

This is a modification after Meadow sold the residential portion of 1 Flatbush to Goldman Sachs.
