Global Management files plans for 45-unit resi building in Tremont

Global Management, on August 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 45-unit, 33,001-square-foot residential building at 2330 Cambreleng Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx. Aaron Yaghoobian filed the plans.

The plans are the 10th new building plans for a building 20,000-square-feet or greater filed in the neighborhood so far this year. Tremont has been among the most active neighborhoods for new development so far this year.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00570619. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: Propose new building for eight-story and cellar residential multi-family and community facility use at ground floor per plan. Obtain a new certificate of occupancy.

According to the plans, the ground floor will have community space, a residential lobby, one dwelling unit, and five parking spaces. Floors two through five will each have seven dwelling units per floor, floors six and seven will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have four dwelling units. The cellar will have recreation space and eight more dwelling units.

The architect listed is Imc Architecture.

The property was acquired for $2.1 million on June 11, 2021.
