Global Holdings finishes $6M multi-floor rehab of 1250 Broadway
Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings, on November 9, completed a $6 million rehabilitation of several floors of an office building at 1250 Broadway in the Garment District.
The plans, pre-filed on January 6, call for a rehab of floors 20 through 23 of the 447-foot tall, 39-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: at 20, 21, 22, 23rd floors, installation of interior partitions and hung ceiling as per plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,000,000.
LB Architects was the architect listed.
On September 21, the developer completed a $6.2 million rehab of floors four through 11, 15, and 34 at the building.
The property was acquired for $565 million on November 1, 2016.
