Gilar Realty files plans for 122-unit building in Murray Hill

Gilar Realty, on May 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 122-unit, 93,435-square-foot residential building at 162 East 36th Street in Murray Hill.

The plans call for the construction of a 190-foot tall, 17-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing new mixed-use building as per plans.

There will be retail space on the ground floor, according to building plans. There will be eight units on the second floor, while floors three through 14 will have nine units each. The 15th floor will have an additional six units.

Ismael Leyva Architects, P.C. is listed as the architect on the application.
