NYC School Construction Authority files plans for five NYC schools

The NYC School Construction Authority filed permit applications for five schools, one on May 5 and four on May 6. Three of the school buildings will be located in the Bronx, one in Brooklyn, and one in Queens.

The May 5 plan calls for the construction of a 55,660-square-foot, 73-foot tall, 4-story, school building at at 2953 Brighton 6th Street in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.

The first of the May 6 plans calls for a 85,925-square-foot, 98-foot tall, 5-story, school building at 1260 Ward Avenue in Soundview in the Bronx.

The second plan of the day calls for a 64,400-square-foot, 69-foot tall, 4-story, school building at 23-55 29th Street in Astoria, Queens.

The third plan of the day calls for a 60,908-square-foot, 75-foot tall, 6-story, school building at 2347 Morris Avenue in the Bronx.

The final plan of the day calls for a 54,208-square-foot, 75-foot tall, 4-story, school building at 1964 Yates Avenue in Morris Park, Bronx.
