Gentian Dushi through the entity G & V Realty Mgmt LLC paid $2.1 million to Rudolf Gjonaj and Alfred Gjonaj through the entity Lindchris Realty L.L.C. for 21-unit residential walkup building (C1) at 1657 Unionport Road in Van Nest, Bronx.
