Gamma Real Estate submits condo plan with 121 units in Midtown
On September 23, a condominium plan was submitted by Gamma Real Estate for 121 residential units at 430 East 58th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.
The development is known as 3 Sutton Place.
The condo plan, CD210271, does not have a sellout price listed with the New York State Attorney General. Jonathan Kalikow, president at Gamma, is listed as the authorized signatory and Van Nguyen is listed as the authorized agent.
In December of 2016, the developer filed new building plans with the NYC Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 799-foot tall, 65-story, 313,010-square-foot residential building with 121 dwelling units at the property.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will be used as a lobby while the second floor will be used for mechanical purposes. Floors three through six will have amenities including a spa, pool, fitness room, game room, party room, children’s room, dining room, and terrace. Residential units will occupy floors nine through 63. There will be either one, two, or three condo units per floor, with one duple unit occupying floors 62 and 63.
Yimby published renderings of the development earlier this year.

Stephen B. Jacobs Group is listed as the architect.
The plans were permitted back in 2017 and the estimated completion date is sometime in early 2022.
