Gabriel Blanco permitted for 55-unit resi building in Fordham

Gabriel Blanco, on June 23, received a permit for construction of a 55-unit, 38,300-square-foot residential building at 2104 Ryer Avenue in Fordham.

The plans, pre-filed on June 24, 2019, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The lot has a width of 69 feet.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed an eight-story residential buildings.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have recreation space and five dwelling units. Floors two through five will each have nine dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have eight dwelling units, and the seventh floor will have five dwelling units. The basement will have a residential lobby, parking for 14 cars, and one dwelling unit.

The architect is listed as Tan Architect PC.

The property was acquired for $900,000 on December 18, 2017.
