City permitted for a $22.1M rehab of office in Downtown Brooklyn

The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, on June 23, was given a permit for a $22.1 million rehab of an office building at 345 Adams Street in Brooklyn.

The plans, pre-filed on June 14, 2017, call for a rehab of the lobby and office space of the 160-foot tall, 13-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: lobby and office renovation work to include partition, ceiling and door modifications as per plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $22,062,000.
