Extell sells Central Park Tower unit for $50M

Star Park Tower LLC through the entity Star Park Tower LLC paid $50 million to Extell Development through the entity Smitell LLC for condo (SC) unit 53 at the Central Park Tower at 217 West 57th Street in Midtown, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 17, 2021 and was recorded on September 30, 2021.

The signatory for Extell Development was Caroline Berman. The signatory for Star Park Tower LLC was Robert S. Frankel.
