Central Park Tower 35c LLC paid $10.1 million to Extell Development Company through the entity Smitell LLC for condo (SC) unit 35C at Central Park Tower at 217 West 57th Street in Midtown West, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 30, 2021 and was recorded on May 28, 2021.

The signatory for Extell Development Company was Caroline Berman. The signatory for Central Park Tower 35c LLC was Wenying Lu.
