The project is described in the filings as: new eight-story mixed-use dwelling.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a church, retail space, pastor’s office, and residential lobby. The second floor will have recreation space, an exercise room, and eight dwelling units. Floors three through seven will each have 11 dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have nine dwelling units.
