Hui Shi files plans for 50-unit resi building in LIC
Hui Shi, on December 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 50-unit, 37,313-square-foot residential building at 39-26 30th Street in Long Island City, Queens.
The plans call for the construction of a 119-foot-tall, 11-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00646536. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and parking for 16 cars. The second floor will have five dwelling units, an exercise room, and a recreation terrace. Floors three through eight will each have six dwelling units per floor, and floors nine through 11 will each have three dwelling units per floor.

The property was acquired for $2.1 million on March 9, 2012.
