EMP Capital Group files plans for 69-unit mixed-use building in Crown Heights
EMP Capital Group, on December 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 69-unit, 55,957-square-foot mixed-use building at 979 Pacific Street in Crown Heights.
The plans call for the construction of a 110-foot tall, eight-story mixed-use building. The owner representative was Elie Pariente, founder of EMP.
The project is described in the filings as: application filed to construct new eight-story mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the cellar will have an exercise room, playroom, and storage. The ground floor will have multiple retail spaces. Floors two through five will each have 11 dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have nine dwelling units, and floors seven and eight will each have eight dwelling units. The roof will have a terrace and two lounge spaces.
Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect
Demolition plans will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The property was acquired for $6.1 million on October 24, 2018.
