Elizabeth McDonald through the entity 387 Kings Highway LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Modern Bank, N.A. valued at $6.5 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) at 408 Greenwich Street in Tribeca. The deal closed on April 1, 2020 and was recorded on June 19, 2020.

The financing includes $3.5 million in new debt.
The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 6 residential units on April 26, 2013.
