Elie Fourti permitted for 27-unit resi building in Tremont

Elie Fourti, on December 6 received a permit for construction of a 27-unit, 21,337-square-foot residential building at 1791 Marmion Avenue in Tremont, the Bronx.

Both new building and foundation permits were given to the developer.

The plans, pre-filed on January 18, 2018, call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, seven-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: filing to construct new seven-story building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have both a a residential lobby and eight parking places. Floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, while floors six and seven will each have four dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space.

The property was acquired for $1.4 million on March 10, 2021.
