East New York industrial sells for $6.9M

The entity 800 Hinsdale Street LLC paid $6.9 million to Jet Hardware Manufacturing for the industrial (F5) building at 799-809 Snediker Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on November 2, 2021 and was recorded on December 1, 2021.
The property has 27,440 square feet of built space and 2,700 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 30,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $251 and the price per buildable square foot is $230 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Jet Hardware Manufacturing was Alfred Schonberger and Matie Buchinger.
