Durst files plans for $41.8M multi-floor rehab in Times Square
Durst Organization, on April 12, filed plans for a $41.8M rehabilitation of multiple floors of a building at 151 West 42nd Street in Times Square, Manhattan.
This past December, Durst filed plans for a $5.4M build-out of one floor for Shenkman Capital at the building.
The plans call for work on marketing floors 48 through 52 and the cellar of the 792-foot-tall, 51-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00699559.
The project is described in the filing as: filing herewith interior demolition and renovation as per plans filed herewith. Marketing FL: Cellar, 48 to 52, Construction FL: Cellar, 37 to 41. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
