DII Enterprises pays $8M to Food City Markets, Inc for retail building in Ridgewood

Morris Dweck’s DII Enterprises through the entity Ridgewood Queens Holdings LLC paid $8 million to Food City Markets, Inc through the entity Woodbine Pond Associates LLC for the retail building (K1) at 66-42 Fresh Pond Road in Ridgewood, Queens.
The deal closed on July 20, 2021 and was recorded on July 28, 2021.
The property has 21,700 square feet of built space and 10,432 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 32,100 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $368 and the price per buildable square foot is $249 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Food City Markets, Inc was Barbara G. Berger . The signatory for DII Enterprises was Morris Dweck.
