Demo filed at East New York site with no new building plans

David Horowitz of Apple Realty Capital, on August 19, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 352 Shepherd Avenue in East New York.

Apple Realty Capital is a real estate investment company with experience developing a wide range of projects, according to their LinkedIn page.

The developer recently acquired the property for $2.9 million on July 20, 2021. No new building plans have been filed yet.

The plans call for the demolition of a one-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition to a one story building
