Dawson Stellberger files plans for 21K sf manufacturing building in East Williamsburg

Dawson Stellberger, a co-founder of Bushwack Capital, on July 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 21,742-square-foot clothing manufacturing building at 82 White Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Below are zoning diagrams of the development.

The plans call for the construction of a 61-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00693396.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 100 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: erect a four-story building as per plan. All associated fire safety, sprinkler, standpipe, plumbing, excavation, structural, curb cut, BPP work, temp fence, shed and scaffold filed separately.

Per the plans, floors one, three, and four will be used for clothing manufacturing space, while the second floor will be used for parking space.

The architect listed is Inca Architecture PLLC.

The property was acquired for $4 million on December 27, 2021.
