Dawn Orlinsky through the entity West Family Property LLC paid $6.2 million to Sharon Catherine Pett for the six-unit residential walkup building (C2) at 330 West 87th Street in Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on April 28, 2023 and was recorded on May 3, 2023.
