David Pllumbi files plans for 38-unit resi building in Pelham Parkway

David Pllumbi, on November 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 38-unit, 25,798-square-foot residential building at 2093 Matthews Avenue in Pelham Parkway, the Bronx.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new six-story residential building.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a laundry room, lobby, storage space, and two dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have seven dwelling units per floor. The roof will provide over 850 square feet of recreation space.

Anthony Cucich Architect will be executing the design.

Demolition plans were filed last month for the two-story house currently occupying the property.
