BHLD Capital permitted for 31K sf residential building in Red Hook
BHLD Capital, on November 10, was given a permit for construction of a 22-unit, 31,028-square-foot residential building at 199 Conover Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
The plans, pre-filed on April 22, call for the construction of a 33-foot tall, three-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: new building application for three-story multiple dwelling.
The building’s cellar will have storage space, per the plans. The ground floor and second floor will each have three dwelling units, as well as the lower and upper halves of a total of eight duplex units. The third floor will have eight dwelling units. The building will have parking spaces for 15 cars and a recreation space on the roof.
Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is the architect listed.
No demolition plans have been filed yet. The property is currently occupied by a two-story low-rise structure built in 1960.
