Daniel Ghadamian and Alexia Ghadamian acquired a co-op unit from Helen Kimmel valued at $10.6 million including 2 parcels, with the tax class single residential coop unit (SP) at 33 East 70th Street in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on March 24, 2021 and was recorded on April 7, 2021.
