Vornado finishes $14.3M build-out for Facebook of 770 Broadway in East Village

Vornado Realty Trust, on May 27, formally completed a $14.3 million build-out of two floors of an office building at 770 Broadway in the East Village.

The plans, pre-filed on October 5, 2017, call for work on floors 14 and 15 of the 175-foot tall, 15-story building.

The social media conglomerate Facebook occupies 270,000-square-feet of the building, including the entire 15th floor.

The project is described in the filings as: demolition and construction modifications taking place on the 14th and 15th floors as indicated on the drawings. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,300,000.
