CW Realty Group files plans for a 45-unit residential building in Ridgewood

Cheskie Weisz through his CW Realty Group, on June 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 45-unit, 41,957-square-foot residential building at 62-62 60th Place in Ridgewood. The property is also known as 62-67 60th Place.

The plans call for the construction of a 30-foot tall, three-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed three-story residential building.

The plans show that each floor will have 15 units. The units will most likely be rentals with an average unit size of 932-square-feet.

Demolition plans were filed in May for the three story building the occupies the property.

Julio C. Leder-Luis of Leder-Luis Architectural Design is listed as the architect for the development.
