Criterion Group files plans for the demolition of an industrial building in Morrisania

Criterion Group, on February 11, filed a permit application for the demolition of an 11,734-square-foot building at 4855 Baldwin Street in Morrisania, the Bronx.

Per the developer’s website, the building is located on a 96,156-square-foot lot. There have been no new building plans filed at the site yet.

The developer acquired the property, along with 4616 Bradley Street, for $7.2 million on November 9, 2021. Yung Ching Siu, a principal with the firm, signed the plans.

A representative of Criterion told PincusCo the firm does not currently have definitive development plans for the site.

The plans, pre-filed on February 11, 2022, call for the demolition of a three-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of building.
