Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management alleges in a lawsuit filed Friday that a partner on a portfolio of buildings in Brooklyn that have $18.5 million of first lien mortgages improperly transferred title to himself. The suit identifies properties such as 643 Franklin Avenue. The suit identified the person who took title as Zoltan Berkowitz. LINK
Radiant Properties has signed a contract to pay $6.5 million for a 105-unit affordable senior housing project that is troubled with property violations. The nonprofit is seeking the court’s approval for the sale. The nonprofit which built and owned the 105-unit senior affordable housing building was facing a tax lien and HUD building sanctions. It will sell for $6.5 million, which is the loan and any outstanding debts. The broker was Dane Professional Consulting Group and will get $280,000. The buyer is 123 WEST SENIOR APARTMENTS LLC, controlled by Michael Wider and David Berger. LINK
City alleges prostitution in two buildings in Queens. City alleges prostitution occurring in 31-17 Greenpoint Avenue and 63-52 Woodhaven Boulevard and seeks to have the impacted space be closed to any and all uses for a year, “unless sooner released.”
