The entity 20ee LLC paid $30.3 million to Corigin through the entity 20 EEA Partners LLC for condo (SC) unit PHA at 20 East End Avenue in Yorkville, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 11, 2021 and was recorded on June 25, 2021.
The property has 6,050 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $5,010 per the PincusCo analysis.
