Steven Berkson paid $12.4 million to Continuum Company through the entity 45 East 22nd Street Property LLC for a condo (SC) unit at 45 East 22nd Street in Flatiron, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 11, 2021 and was recorded on June 25, 2021.
The property has 4,662 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,670 per the PincusCo analysis.
