Consortium For Worker Education, Inc. paid Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services, Inc. $7.5 million for two commercial condominiums in 305 7th Avenue in Chelsea. The deal closed on January 22, 2020, and was recorded on February 4, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5). The two parcels have 5,216 square feet.

The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on June 11, 2013.
