Columbia University files for $1.1M rehab of medical center at the NewYork-Presbyterian

Columbia University, on July 2, filed a permit application for a $1.1 million rehab of the eighth floor of the Columbia University Medical Center in the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital at 622 West 168th Street.

The plans call for a rehab of the eighth floor of the 288-foot tall, 24-story, medical building.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed for interior renovation of “enhanced clinical” on the 8th floor as per plan. There is no change in use, egress or occupancy filed under this application.

Mitchell Giurgola Architects LLP is the architect listed.
