City files plans for a $5M exterior rehab of Morrisania school
New York City School Construction Authority, on November 15, filed a permit application for a $5 million rehabilitation of the exterior of a school building at 660 Fox Street in Morrisania, the Bronx.
The school is known as P.S. 062 Inocensio Casanova, and these are the first alteration plans filed at the building in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for work on the outside of the 85-foot tall, five-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: x062-replacing of windows including blocking, shades, window guards, plaster, and paint repair. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,000,000.
The NYC SCA is listed as the architect for the project.
