City files plans for $20.2M exterior rehab of school in Gramercy

The New York City School Construction Authority, on March 8, filed plans for a $20.2M exterior rehabilitation of a school building at 320 East 20th Street in Gramercy, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on the outside of the 75-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00690871.

The project is described in the filing as: M040_Scope of work to repair roof and exterior masonry. Provide flood elimination. Remove and replace parapet, windows and window guards.

The property was acquired for $450,000 on May 12, 2005.
