City files plans for 18-unit resi building in East Harlem

The Department of Housing Preservation and Development, on April 19, filed a permit application for construction of an 18-unit, 14,225-square-foot residential building at 507 East 118th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Rona Reodica filed the plans.

There have been nine new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 61-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00719554.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 47 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: erect new six-story building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have two dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have three dwelling units, and the sixth floor will have one dwelling unit.

The architect listed is Gf55 Architects LLP.
