City files plans for $15M exterior rehab of Fort Greene school

New York City School Construction Authority, on February 2, filed plans for a $15M rehabilitation of a building’s exterior at 300 Adelphi Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

The project involves replacing multiple roof decks at the school.

The plans call for work on the exterior of the four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00668669.

The project is described in the filing as: Total Roofing system replacement for thee roof decks. Masonry and Brick repairs, parapet and windows replacement, interior plaster and painting, asbestos abatement.
