Cheskie Weiss files plans for construction of 66K sf residential building in Crown Heights

Cheskie Weiss through the company CW Realty LLC, on August 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 98-unit, 66,528-square-foot residential building at 1499 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights.

The plans call for the construction of a 100-foot tall, 10-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed 10-story residential building.

The ground floor of the building will have six dwelling units, the second floor will have 10 dwelling units, floors three through eight will each have 11 dwelling units, while floors nine and 10 will each have eight dwelling units.

MHM Engineering, P.C. is the architect on file.

Demolition plans have not yet been filed.
