Chaim Wieder of Supreme Equities files plans for a 28-unit residential building in Morrisania

Chaim Wieder of Supreme Equities, on May 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 28-unit, 19,305-square-foot residential building at 1185 Washington Avenue in Morrisania.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new seven-story, 28-family building.

Floors two through six will have five units each while the seventh floor will have three units. The roof of the proposed building will have a 637-square-feet recreational terrace.

Oleg Rudister is the architect listed on the application.

The property was acquired for $1.0 million on January 7, 2020.
