Candor Capital files plans for two buildings, 33 units in East Flatbush

Candor Capital, on December 5, filed two permit applications for construction of a 20-unit, 15,913-square-foot residential building at 833 Maple Street and a 13-unit, 10,976-square-foot residential building at 837 Maple Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Charles Wurzberger, president at Candor Capital, filed the plans.

The developer has been active in the area recently. On December 1, Candor Capital filed a permit application for construction of a 41-unit, 28,757-square-foot mixed-use building at 333 Linden Boulevard in East Flatbush.

Earlier this year the developer filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 19,427-square-foot residential building at 890 East 34th Street in East Flatbush.

The first plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00639064.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new seven-story residential building.

The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.
