Bruman Realty files plans for 37K sf resi building in Williamsburg

Joseph Brunner’s Bruman Realty, on April 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 16-unit 37,832-square-foot residential building at 24 Middleton Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Shia Mandel filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00490620. The development will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed new seven-story mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have parking for eight cars. The second floor will have two dwelling units and community facility space. The third floor will also have two dwelling units. Floors four through seven will each have three dwelling units per floor.

Jongmin Kim Architect is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $5.6 million on March 24, 2015.
