Bruchy Lefkowitz through the entity 462 Lexington LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Popular Bank through the entity Popular Bank valued at $33.3 million for the development site (V1) at 205 Park Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
(321595797) Plans for a 90-unit, 71,721 square-foot R-2 were filed on November 12, 2019.
The deal closed on October 19, 2021 and was recorded on October 28, 2021.

The owner bought the property on February 26, 2007, for $2.2 million.
