Brooklyn Home Company fully permitted for 34-unit resi building in Park Slope
Brooklyn Home Company, on November 25, was given a permit for construction of a 34-unit, 47,069-square-foot residential building at 350 Butler Street in Park Slope.
The plans, pre-filed on May 5, 2020, call for the construction of a 120-foot tall, 12-story residential building. The owner representative on the filing was William Caleo.
The Brooklyn Home Company was a party to one of the most expensive residential homes purchases ever in the borough. Brooklyn Home sold 81 Pierrepont Street for $12.5 million, part of a $16 million purchase.
The 350 Butler Street project is described in the filings as: new 11-story residential building.
The cellar of the building will have recreation rooms, according to the plans. The ground floor will have a lobby and four dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, floors seven through 10 will each have two dwelling units per floor, while floors 11 and 12 will each have one dwelling unit. The seventh floor will have two private terraces, while floors nine through 11 will each have one private terrace per floor. The roof will also have a private terrace.
Demolition plans were filed in May for the three-story building on the property. The demolition was completed earlier this month.
Robert Litchfield Architect is listed as the architect for the project.
The property was acquired for $15.24 million, which included buying three parcels in fee and paying $1.54M for air rights from a fourth.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
