Brooklyn Grid files plans for 5 buildings, 40 units total, in West Farms

Brooklyn Grid, on September 12, filed five permit applications for construction of five buildings, each with eight units, and about 5,900 square feet for the addresses 1969, 1971, 1973, 1975 and 1977 Honeywell Avenue in West Farms, the Bronx. Gil Broitman, co-founder of Brooklyn Grid, filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of five, 40-foot-tall, four-story buildings and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X07995097, X00750814, X00750821, X00750827, X00746722 and X00750833.

The project is described in the filing as: new four-story with cellar and penthouse, eight-dwelling-unit residential building.
