Brookfield finishes $14.7M multi-floor rehab of 5 Manhattan West

Brookfield Properties, on November 5, formally completed a $14.7 million rehabilitation of two floors of 5 Manhattan West at 450 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards.

The plans, pre-filed on November 20, 2018, call for a rehab of floors one and two of the 240-foot tall, 15-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovation to include demo of existing and construction of new partitions and finishes as shown on plans. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $14,705,352.00.

Architecture Plus Information was the architect.

The firm has filed 14 rehab plans at the building so far this year.
