Brookfield finishes $15.1M multi-floor rehab of 5 Manhattan West

Brookfield Properties, on December 22, formally completed a $15.1 million rehabilitation of two floors of 5 Manhattan West at 450 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards.

The plans, pre-filed on February 1, 2019, call for a rehab of floors six and seven of the 240-foot tall, 15-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction in conjunction with office renovation as shown on plans. Install new convenience stair from sixth to seventh floors The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $15,050,000.

IA Interior Architects was the architect for the project.

The firm completed a completed a $14.7 million rehab of floors one and two of the building last month.
