Brookfield files plans for $9.4M single-floor rehab at Brookfield Place

Brookfield Properties, on August 2, filed plans for a $9.4 million rehabilitation of one floor of a building at 250 Vesey Street in Battery Park City, Manhattan.

The plans call for work on the 15th floors (16th marketing floor) of the 473-foot-tall, 33-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00531186.

The project is described in the filing as: general construction work as shown on plans. Floor 15 (Construction)/16 (Marketing).

The architect listed is Lehman Smith Mcleish.

Last year the developer filed plans for a $25 million rehab of four floors in the building, including space leased by tenant Jane Street Capital.
