Brookfield files plans for $2.6M build-out for Goodwin in Times Square

Brookfield Properties filed plans for a $2.6 million build-out for tenant Goodwin Procter LLP at 620 Eighth Avenue, known as The New York Times Building, in Times Square, Manhattan.

The plans call for a build-out of the 21st floor of the building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00496742.

The project is described in the filings as: Goodwin – General construction inclusive of interior non-structural demo and partitions installation for 21st floor office renovation. Filed in conjunction with no change to use, egress or occupancy.

Gensler is listed as the architect.

The 52-story building has 736,000-square-feet of office space.
