Brookfield Asset Management finishes a $5M renovation of a building in Hudson Yards

Brookfield Asset Management, on April 2, completed a $5 million renovation of a building at 450 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards.

The plans call for a renovation of the 204-foot tall, 17-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: interior renovations of partitions, ceilings and doors of tenant space as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,000,000.

JPMorgan Chase leases nearly 500,000-square-feet of the building, signing a 15 year lease back in 2017.
