Brisa Builders files plans for construction of a 92-unit, 53K residential building in Far Rockaway

Brisa Builders, on April 2, filed a permit application for construction of a 92-unit, 53,496-square-foot residential building at 19-19 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway.

The plans call for the construction of a 91-foot tall, 9-story, residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: a new 9 story mixed use building.

According to the building plans, the ground floor will have a community facility, office space, and lobby.
